McPeake Town Planning was engaged to gain a Dual Occupancy approval for an existing constructed Dwelling. A development application was required as a result of a change of the use on site. Whereby, the other dwelling house was rented out to a non-family member. This triggered a change of land use definition with Council from the previous approval of a Granny Flat to Dual Occupancy. The application was impact assessable and required a period of public notification. A development permit was granted by Council with reasonable and relevant conditions.
