High Impact Industrial Use- End-of-Life Tyre recycling facility and State Government Environmentally relevant activity (ERA Approval)- Mechanical Waste Reprocessing and regulated waste transport. McPeake Town Planning Townsville provided development management services for our client for this project including: site acquisition, development feasibility, development strategy, DA and Consult preparation lodgement as well as pre commencement of use compliance review. Approvals gained permit the recycling (for export) of up to 400,000 End-of-Life Tyres per year.
