We gained approval for Cairns’ first micro bar. This Tiki inspired cocktail bar only has a gross floor area of 60m2 and we successfully overcome the on-site carparking requirements as well as the adaptive reuse of this historically vacant commercial basement tenancy. This micro bar has now been in operation for a few years and won numerous state and national industry awards.
