This approved executive home designed by Paul Clout is on a constrained site elevated hillslope site that required material change of use approval due to the site’s environmental management zoning and numerous planning scheme overlays; including: potential landslip, watercourse and natural areas and hillslope and scenic amenity overlays. The planning scheme requires homes to be of dark and subdued external colours, however we gained approval for white external clad alabaster stone.
