We assisted in the design and planning approvals for this mixed use development. We gained approvals for a duplex at the rear of the site as well as approvals for a variety of commercial uses in the front tenancy: Office, Shop and Health Care Service. This provides the developer to market the site to a variety of potential commercial tenants. We also gained approval seeking relaxation of an existing rear building envelope. This resulted in greater developable area across the site.
