This 6 townhouse development was successfully approved for our client in Cairns. Situated just off Mulgrave Road the site is close to major shopping centres, public transport, schools and the CBD. The dwellings were designed by the international design and architecture firm ThomsonAdsett. The site will feature significant professionally designed and maintained tropical landscaping. The impact assessable proposal required public notification where 1 submission was received. We successfully addressed their concerns with minor design amendments. The application required minor post-approval negotiations with Council. The project has moved onto the detailed design and building and operational works applications.
